The Clock Tower was installed in the 1999 remodeling of the Children’s Library. One clock face tells time backwards, making this clock tower a one of a kind instillation in Downtown Orlando.
Note that the face on the clock on the opposite side has the numbers in reverse order so the hands move in the opposite direction.
The clock had a nice tick-tock sound that was silenced around 2012 so it is now silent.
